The DD'ell Stay Forever Gel Eye Pencil is described by Memebox as a creamy gel pencil that lasts all day with a formula that is formulated for sensitive eyes.
The shade is in number 04 Espresso, which is a deep brown with a slight hint of shimmer. I really love the color of this eyeliner, since it is a nice deep brown that can be worn with most daily makeup looks. The formula is also great, and it does not smudge on me at all, which is a rare feat for a pencil eyeliner!
One problem I have with this eyeliner is that I don't understand how you are supposed to get more product out. It is not a twist up design, but the packaging is made of plastic, so I guess you sharpen it? I would have appreciated a twist up design for this or wooden packaging.
The Verdict: I really love the formula of this! But the design is so confusing!

Update: Apparently, (according to a review I saw on GMarket), you do sharpen them! Huh! That's the strangest thing I've ever seen for an eyeliner, but ok! If that means I get to use up the rest of this great formula, that's fine by me!
