Style Korean Haul 2: Lovely in Spring Beauty Box "Unboxing" (Archived from 3/18/17)

Hello everyone!

Today I'm going to share with you my second haul from Style Korean. I saw that they were doing some pre-made beauty boxes (similar to what Memebox does) and it had a few items I've been dying to try, so I decided to make another order!

I got the "Lovely in Spring" Box and a few other things. Now to the "unboxing!" It didn't come in a separate box from the rest of my purchases, but everything was packaged together very well.

So the box came with 6 different items:

First is one of the items I had already wanted to purchase, and it's the Labiotte's Chateau Labiotte Wine Eyeshadow Palette in #02 Sweet Wine.

So far I really love it! It's got really beautiful shades and the packaging is nice and lightweight.

Next is the COSRX Ultimate Moisturizing Honey Overnight Mask. I'm really excited to try this because I really love sheet masks with honey, so I'm hoping I'll like this too!

The next product is another one I've been wanting to try. It's Heimish's All Clean Balm, which is a solid balm cleanser.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm really excited to!

The last skincare item is a set of 10 Mediheal N.W.F. Aquaring Ampoule Masks. I love sheet masks, so I was really excited that this was included in the box! Can't wait to try these too!

The next item is a lip product from the brand Chica Y Chico. It's their Mat Fix Matte Lip in 001 Mata Hari, a really pretty red shade. I haven't tried it yet, but the curved applicator makes it look like it'll be easy to apply!

And the last item from the box was something I was very interested in trying! It's the Aprilskin Black Magic Snow Cushion 2.0 in the shade #21 Light Beige.

After trying the pikachu one from Tony Moly, I really wanted to try other cushion foundations! So I am anxious to try this one out too!

Items I bought outside of the box:

I got two other items during this order, the first being some replacement rubycell air puffs because my dog had gotten ahold of my other ones somehow and chewed them to bits, haha. I decided to go with these Heimish ones since they came in a pack of 5, which is more convenient for me.

They last item I purchased was Etude House's Play 101 Blending Pencil in #7, which is a pretty dusty pink color. This was a bit of an impulse buy, but I don't regret it! It's such a pretty color!

And the last item that was in my order (shown in the full photo at the top of the post) was a free sample of Benton's Snail Bee High Content Skin (Toner), which I have yet to try.

So that's it for my haul guys! Have you ordered from Style Korean before? Let me know in the comments!

StyleKorean Haul! (Archived from 2/21/17)

Hello everyone!

I ordered some stuff from StyleKorean's website for the first time not too long ago, and so I thought
I'd share what I ordered with you!

First of all, StyleKorean's website was pretty easy to use and the prices I found to all be very reasonable. The only thing that was not as great was the shipping price, but honestly it wasn't too bad, considering that they are shipping these products all the way from Korea. However, if you live in the US, currently they are doing free shipping with orders over $70, which is awesome! And everything was packaged very nicely and securely, so I know I will order from them again in the future.

Onto the haul!

The first thing I got was these adorable Tony Moly X Pokemon Sheet Masks!! I had been wanting to try them and I was so glad that they had them in stock, since everywhere else I looked only had the rest of the make up or skincare from this collection.

I can't wait to try these!

Next I got two items from Innisfree's Green Tea line.

I got another Green Tea Seed Serum, which I love since I ran out, and I decided to also try the Green Tea Moisture Skin (Toner, I got the one for dry skin). I picked this up because Clinique recently discontinued the toner I usually use, so I wanted to find a suitable replacement. I love the serum, so I figured the toner would be a safe choice.

Since I mentioned my toner I currently use got discontinued, I also decided to pick up the Skinfood Black Sugar Perfect First Serum 2X Essential (weird name, haha).

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm very impressed with the packaging! It comes in a glass bottle and with a bunch of cotton pads, which is why it's more of a toner than a serum.

The last item I got is actually another repurchase!

I got the Memebox I'm Eyebrow Pencil in 04 Light Brown, which is my favorite eyebrow pencil I've used so far. I bought it from StyleKorean's website however, because Memebox USA didn't have it on their website anymore. :( But I'm super happy that I was able to get it again! It really is my favorite because of the shape and color make it really easy to use.

So that's it for my first haul from StyleKorean! Have you ever bought anything from their website? Let me know in the comments!

The Face Shop Haul! (Archived from 2/7/17)

Hello everyone!

Today I'm going to share with you some things I bought at The Face Shop! Recently I went to a concert in a city about 1 hour away from where I live, so my sister and I wanted to find something to do before it was time for the concert. There was a mall nearby, so I looked it up and lo and behold, they actually had The Face Shop!

I was really excited, since I've never seen one of their stores in person, so we definitely had to go! And of course, I managed to buy a lot of things. Mostly sheet masks, haha.

I got 20 sheet masks while I was there, since they had a buy 10 get 10 free sale and I always love using sheet masks.

I got some in: White Tea, Green Tea, Peony, Lily, and Lotus

And a lot more in: Honey, Cucumber, Aloe, Rice, Avocado, Acai Berry, Kelp, Pomegranate, and Blueberry.

I also bought the Ink Graffiti Liquid Liner in number 02 Full Brown.

I have been looking for a new liquid liner and the shop staff said that they really enjoyed using it themselves, so I decided to give it a try. And so far, I really love it! The color is not too harsh like a black liquid liner usually is, which makes it easier for me to wear it on a daily basis.

And because I spent so much money, I got some free samples!

They gave me another Green Tea sheet mask and some skincare items: The Therapy Oil Blending Formula Cream and the Chia Seed Fresh Cleansing Foam.

So that's all that I got at The Face Shop! Have you guys tried anything from them? Let me know in the comments!

Pokemon X Tony Moly Haul! (Archived from 12/22/16)

Hello everyone!

Recently, Tony Moly collaborated with Pokemon to create a makeup and skincare collection! And because I love Pokemon so much, I couldn't help but want to purchase a lot of items, haha.

But the first item I bought wasn't from this collection. I bought Etude House's Beauty Shot Face Blur cause I've been dying to try it!

So I figured I'd pick it up since I was already buying other things, haha.

But anyways, onto the Tony Moly Haul!

The first thing I was interested in buying was this adorable Pikachu Eyeshadow Palette!

I love that Pikachu is on the outside, and the colors are nice, neutral browns that are great for everyday. I've been using it quite a bit since I got it, and the eyeshadows are really good quality!
They're very pigmented and smooth! This collection also has a Jigglypuff version with rosy brown shades, and now I'm super tempted to buy that one too, lol.

The next item I bought was this Pikachu Mini Cover Cushion in #01 Skin Beige.

This is actually my first cushion foundation, and so I thought it was great that it's a smaller size, just in case I don't wear it often (as I don't always wear base makeup). I still haven't tried this yet, but I'm planning on trying it this weekend! So excited!

Since many reviews of the cushion mentioned that it was really dewy, I figured I'd might as well get the adorable Purin (Jigglypuff) Peach Pact in #01 Downy Vanilla.

I love how Jigglypuff is imprinted on the powder! This is another product I haven't tried yet, so I can't really say if I like it yet, but I can't wait to try it too!

I also bought a few things from their skincare line. The first thing I got was this Pikachu Moisture
Foam Cleanser.

Again, I haven't tried this yet because I just opened another cleanser, but I couldn't resist the Pikachu packaging!! So adorable!

The last thing I bought for myself was the Isanghesshi (Bulbasaur) Hand Cream. I didn't take any close up photos of this because I also bought another cream for my sister for her Christmas stocking, so if I like it I'll do a review post after I try it!

And the last thing I received was a bunch of Tony Moly samples! I got 3 different hand creams/hand milks to try and then this mysterious men's skincare product that I don't really know what it's for, haha. Maybe it's like a serum/toner?

But anyways, that's it for my haul! Have you bought anything from this collection? Let me know in the comments!

Sephora Haul! (Archived from 12/5/16)

Hello everyone!

Today I'm going to share with you some of the things I bought from Sephora quite a while back. I debated whether or not to post about it but since I had already taken the photos I figured it was worth talking about!

The reason I made this order was because there was a great sample bag as a gift with purchase. I had some things I was already planning on buying at some point, so this sample bag made the decision for me, haha.

So the first two items I bought were two more Chosungah22 lip tints! I mentioned several times how much I love the pink one (Chiffon), but I had been wanting to try two other shades, Cashmere, which is red, and Velvet, which is burgundy.

I already love these and the darker colors are perfect for fall!

The next item I bought was actually an impulse buy, since I saw that it was on sale. It's the Ciate London X Olivia Polermo The Smouldering Eye Palette. It has 9 different shadows and they are definitely on the darker, smokier side, as the name implies.

It's a bit different than what I usually go for, but I've used some of the shades already and the texture is just amazing! I was so impressed by the formula of these that I may consider trying more of Ciate's shadows in the future.

Since It was an online order, I also picked 3 samples to go with my purchase!

I got sachets of one of Lancome's toners, a Josie Maran moisturizer, and a sample of Givenchy Le Rouge lipstick.

I also spent 100 of my points to get a small tube of Dr. Jart+'s Ceramidin cream, which I've heard really good things about.

I haven't used it yet though!

And last but not least, here are the contents of the sample bag!

My particular bag came with:

Dr. Brandt's Microdermabrasion age defying exfoliator, The Estee Edit's lipstick samples, a mini size of Benefit's They're Real Mascara, Atelier Cologne in Mandarine Glaciale, sachets of Fresh's Soy Face Cleanser, Rose Face Mask, and Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream, a small sized tub of Belif's
The True Cream- Aqua Bomb, Origin's VitaZing moisturizer, and a tiny Beauty Blendercleanser Solid.

I have to say, I was most excited for the Belif cream and the beauty blendercleanser! But it will also be nice to try some of Fresh's skincare too, since I've only ever tried their lipbalms.

So that's it for this Sephora Haul guys! What have you been buying lately? Let me know in the comments!

July- October 2016 Favorites (Archived from 11/7/16)

Hello everyone!

Today I'm going to share with you my favorites for July all the way up until October. I decided to combine them because I didn't have very many beauty favorites for each month to have it's own post, lol.

Beauty Favorites:

My first favorite is the Innisfree Apple Juicy Cleansing Oil!

Lately I've been wearing more face makeup (BB cream, foundation, etc.) so I've been double cleansing with this more often lately. This cleansing oil is very gentle on my sensitive skin, even though it's highly fragranced. It smells like the apple Life Saver gummi candies, which I actually really love, haha.

My next favorite is the Bumble and Bumble Pret-a-Powder.

This is a dry shampoo thats in a powder from, rather than an aerosol spray can. I really love the Living Proof dry shampoo, but I just run out of it too quickly and since it's pretty expensive, I wanted to try something else. I also had a trip coming up, so I wanted something that I wouldn't have to worry about taking on the plane, so I picked this! I still prefer the Living Proof one a little bit more, but this one works really well and will last me forever, so I'm sticking with it, haha.

Another product I've been loving lately is the NYX Proof It! Waterproof Eye Primer!

I bought this fairly recently when I lost my other primer, and it does a great job of keeping my eyeshadow in place like the Urban Decay one, but for only $6 dollars! I have very oily eyelids,  so if your eyes are similar then I really recommend giving this a try. The only thing I will say though is that eyeshadow is harder to blend out on top of this and it's a bit more difficult to remove compared to other ones I've tried. Using a cleansing oil takes it off super easily though so no worries!

My last beauty favorite is the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette! I took this with me when I was in Maine and it was perfect for any occasion.

I've featured this in my favorites before and it truly is an awesome eyeshadow palette. The eyeshadows are fantastic quality and the shades are extremely versatile. My favorite shade is Marzipan, which is a pretty rose gold color! I've already been making a small dent in it, haha.

Non-Beauty Favorites:

One of my first non-beauty favorites was the GOT7 Concert I went to in July! It was so awesome to be able to go to their concert, since they are one of my favorite Kpop groups!

It was so amazing and I really hope to be able to go again someday! I was also lucky enough to be able to take a photo with them too!

My photos aren't the best, but it really was so much fun and I feel really lucky to be able to see one of my favorite groups perform live and meet them after!

My next favorite was another awesome trip to Maine! I went to Maine to visit my boyfriend before he moved back home, since I hadn't seen him in person for around 6 months prior to the trip.

We went to Acadia National Park, where I took some photos that I'll share with you today!

So that's it for my favorites the past few months guys! What have you been loving? Let me know in the comments!
